About Us

The Isaac Moghalu Foundation (IMoF) is a non-profit charitable organization established to support access to education in underprivileged rural communities in Nigeria, the development of human capital, and to promote social challenge. Education that is founded on positive value systems is the foundation for national development and personal progress. Education is the most direct path out of the poverty which threatens Africa’s very survival. Education is thus one of the most beneficial investments Africa can make in its people. IMoF’s vision offers an alternative to vulnerable children and youth in Nigeria, who are unable to obtain secondary and university education as a result of poverty, or are unwilling to do so because they are tempted to drop out of the educational system to pursue quick ad easy wealth in a society in which distorted values have gained ascendance over the past decade. The struggle to reclaim Africa’s future must begin in the minds and skills of its children and youth. By supporting access to education and training in the values of integrity, service, accountability and responsibility, the Isaac Moghalu Foundation will strengthen the capacity of future leaders who will develop Africa on the soundest principles of character.
